[yoga + therapy series for the edges]
A 4-week immersive exploration to notice when you’ve had enough and tend to your edges. Each session we blend gentle movement, breath awareness, and reflective dialogue. You’ll learn to sense where limits are needed, practice clear communication, and cultivate compassion for yourself and others.
Week 1: Sensing the Edge
We begin with somatic awareness. Through gentle yoga and body scans, you learn to feel how tension and overextension show up in the body. Reflective exercises help name personal boundaries and where they blur.Week 2: Speaking Your Limits
Building on felt awareness, we explore language and tone. In paired exercises, you practice saying “no” or “yes” from a place of clarity. Mindful movement cues support confidence in voice and posture.Week 3: Holding Space & Compassion
We examine the balance between self-care and empathy. Through guided breathing and therapy-informed dialogue, you learn to uphold your limits kindly, honoring both your needs and relationship dynamics.Week 4: Integrating Boundaries into Life
In the final session, we weave insights into daily habits. You craft simple rituals and somatic check-ins to maintain healthy edges beyond the workshop. We close with a reflective practice that anchors learning into ongoing resilience.
Each class invites pause: short sequences of movement, moments of quiet reflection, and space for sharing. This series is for anyone ready to transform patterns of overcommitment, people-pleasing, or diffused limits. You leave with practical tools—a clearer sense of “enough,” phrases to hold your ground, and embodied practices to sustain balance.
