Join us on June 1 at 7 pm for a 90‑minute guided breathwork journey with Jenn Mansell. In this immersive experience, you’ll be held by intentional rhythm and spacious silence. Think of your breath as waves—lifting you, then carrying away tension—until you find an inner shore of calm.
We’ll begin with gentle movement and centering prompts to tune into your body’s natural flow. Then Jenn will lead you through dynamic breath patterns, weaving together conscious inhales and soulful exhales. You may notice a buzzing feeling of anticipation in your chest, a subtle fire in your belly—signs that your nervous system is waking up to deeper awareness.
By the final settling breaths, you’ll drift into stillness. The mind softens. The heart opens. You’ll emerge grounded, yet buoyant—reminded that regulation begins in a single breath.
